a few trouble codes need help

Codes:
P1402
P1440
P1493

i have replaced one of the evap sensors and the evap code still comes up and saids stuck open? what does it mean stuck open?

and what are the other codes and how do i fix them?

read the codes here and the the FSM.

search about the small rubber hose under the EGR EGBT and replace, after 10 years it rots out and gives assorted 0440 1440 1442 codes
Mine took 2 weeks of driving after replacement to reset the CEL
