Does anyone know of a company that just makes a log-style turbo manifold for the GA16DE? I don't want a full kit or anything like that, just a manifold. I've already got a T25 and lots of other goodies to work with.

I'm pretty sure one of the vendors sells the turbo specialties manifold seperate. You could call them and ask.

I found one:

Import Performance Parts
Import Performance Parts - Import Performance Engine & Racing Parts

They sell the TSI manifold by itself for $339. Not too shabby.

And here's what it looks like:

Take a look at the little flow deflector built into the roof of the manifold to direct the flow into the turbo.

It comes assembled like this with the T20 in the Superior kit. I disassembled it to port match the exhaust elbow to the turbo outlet and polish the inside of the manifold as well.

That manifold reminds me of the turbo manifold for the CA18ET... same basic thing except different ports. Glad to see a company actually producing good quality parts for the GA16DE.

Wow, that's really nice looking. The little T20 probably tops out at 180hp though.

Yes thanks I realize that. My goal is for 150 h.p. Midrange torque is what I'm after, not top end power. Should work out really nicely. I'll post with the progress as I go along.

Yeah, I've been on the fence about getting one myself, but trying to source a T25 from their SR20 kit instead.
