Tranny need some work?

i think my tranny on my '98 200sx with 56k miles on it might need some work...

not sure though, what do you guys think?

when i shift if feels "stiff"..

what do you guys think is is wrong with it?

what do you guys think should be done to the tranny?

price estimate?

no grinding or anything? we had to rebuild my friends tranny in his stang...but that was bc of a bad vibration from a tailshaft bushing. if its just hard to put into gear then maybe the bolt on your shifter is just too tight. when i went to a short shifter i overtightened the bolt and the shifter would hardly move.
