Question GA15DE TIMMING CHAIN

HI
I'VE READ ALL THE THREADS ON TIMMING CHAIN IN THIS FORUM, BUT I COULD NOT FIND THE ANSWER TO MY SITUATION, WITH MY ENGINE I HAVE TIMMING CHAIN NOISE RATTLE WHEN I START THE ENGINE, THE NOISE ONLY LAST AS LONG AS THE OIL LIGHT 3 TO 4 SECONDS, THEN THE RATTLING NOISE IS GONE, DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE TIMMING CHAIN OR THE TENSIONER? OR BOTH I GUESS.
PLEASE ADVICE
K

Your tensioners are worn , but you can change both since you will need to remove the oil pump any how.
