I have the ga16 motor with, hmm.. about 72,000 miles. Is it worth it to slap a turbo on it with that many miles? b\c i figured with those miles and slapping a turbo on, my motor mite blow. i have an SR20DEt, but im selling it. so i thinking about getting the Hotshot turbo.

If you have taken care of your motor 72K miles is by no means a lot of miles for a GA16DE motor. I have almost 200K on my GA16DE, and it doesn't burn a drop of oil and I can still see the crosshatching in the cylinder walls from factory honing.
Plus, it you take it easy on boost the motor will hold up fine.
Why are you selling the SR20DET? Why not just put that in?
Turboing a GA motor is very cool since it very few and far between that have. But, a Hotshot turbo kit will cost about the same as an SR20DET swap, if you do the labor yourself. So, you have to decide what is important to you. The "Cool" factor of a turboed GA, or the high potential of the SR20DET?

He probably isnt putting the sr20det in becuase he is selling the motor to buy the HS turbo kit. Dont forget he still needs the tranny and ecu (IF he doesnt have those) if not more. Thats more money and if he doesnt have the experience to install engines then he will have to pay someone $800-$1000 just to put it in. So its probably easier to sell the motor and used that money to buy the HS turbo kit.
Im selling it b\c I ran into some money problems. More like, hmm. court cost, fines, etc... all that shity stuff... but to put the SR20DET in will cost more then the motor itself. And i have no experince what so ever in dropping motors.
I was reading about the turbo charged 200SX at http://www.nissanperformancemag.com and they said the ga16de was a good canidate for a turbo mod since the motor has a shallow-angle and is very resistant to detonation.
As for your stock MAF sensor, you could go to http://www.hotshots.com and order their universal MAF sensor for about $50. Or you could buy a MAF that comes from an SR20DE. The SR20DE MAF is larger in diameter, but I dont know if it will fit with out modification let alone if it hooks up to the ga16de's wiring harness.
As James stated the 240 MAF is the way to go. It hs the same connector as the GA16 so it's plug and play, you just need JWT to reprogram the ECU for it.
Both the GA16 AND the KA24 (240 motor) MAF's are larger than the SR20's. In this instance size isn't really the issue, it's the ability to read certain values based on HP.
