you can turbo the ga16, but you would have to get the engine rebuilt with low compression pistons, and other turbo parts. if you want it to last long under forced induction. or you can get an sr20det from japan but you will have to swap everything from axles, tranny, brakes, mostly the whole front end of an se-r to youre car.

Just to give you an idea, there are two choices for a faster sentra. One is a motor swap, the other is slapping on a turbo.
For the turbo:
1) $400 15G turbo - 5PSI
2) $100 Downpipe
3) $100 Turbo Manifold
4) $100 Fuel Pump Rewire & Pump
4) $100 Fuel Pressure Regulator
5) $150 Injector
6) $50 DSM Side mount
7) $40 DSM Blow off valve
8) $100 Pipe kit
9) $200 Oil Feed/Return line
10) $150 Metal Head Gasket
11) $100 Oil cooler
12) $50 Cold range spark plugs
Total: $1,740 USD = $19,000 pesos without shipping.
That is far more than the car is worth. Plus, that isnt all that reliable. The engine swap for the SR20DET is done locally for about $5,000 USD which is about $55,000 Pesos.

Is the MR2 turbo? If so, and it's healthy, it's a nice car. The sentra isnt worth much money; it really depends what's wrong with it. Since you said it bearly runs, I'm guessing the car is worth about $400.
I believe the mexico bought the stamps to the 1967 Impala. I'd say go buy a 2007 1967 Impala before you spent all that money on a sentra. That would be pretty boss.
nop no turbo it no even super charged its the standard only.its less than an ton.... whe only changed the trany from a mr2 87 since the 86 and before have a defect they pop out 3 and 5 gear its burn out up to 3 gear.

THE CAR WAS 800 DLLS NO TITLE I PAIED 150 DLLS FOR IT PLUS THE PART THAT I BOUTHG FOR IT LIKE OIL ,CLUTH,GASKETS FOR THE HEAD AND THE ONE FROM THE OIL ,STARTER,BATTERY, THE TOP OFF THE CAR (THE INSIDE COVER )AND SEVERAL ACCESORIES,THE FRONT AXES 2 A LOT OFF MONEY THE GOOD THING IS THAT MY DAD WORKS IN A DISTRIBUTER FOR AUOMOTIVE PARTS SO SOME PARTS ARE MORE CHEAP .......

....motor mounts, drive shaft, differential, wheel hubs, some odd gas tank config, ect.
Doing a RWD conversion costs way more than its worth.
come on RWD i mid be cheap but it will take too long.... i would d it ad i wont have a car till its done
id bee easyer to buy a SR20DE in ecology auto parts for 150 dlls and then fix the engine if i make it turbo

a VG30et... ummm, way to much modification for the worth... and converting to RWD would take far too much.
The most uncomplicated answer would be to get a SR20VE or SR20DE(T)
Anything else is pretty much useless by one means or another.
