If you were hell-bent on doing this, I would suggest removing the shift linkage, putting in an assembly of servos or solenoids to rotate and push/pull the shift linkage with electronics to control the actuators. You'd still have to do the clutch with your foot, but no, I dont think you could make it into a 'tiptronic' style where you can have prnd and a manual mode with up and down unless you want to make your own internals for the gearbox
