Engine specs?
hello, i have a stock '98 200sx SE, its the 1.6L 5spd. that some has some basic mods...
it has a wing, rims, intake, custom interior.. catback... loud...
i want this thing to be faster, like a turbo or engine swap with turbo
anyway, i was wondering if it was worth turboing?
also, what are osme good engines to swap inside that'll fit perfectly without any chassis modifications and will also have enough room for a turbo?
thanx!

so, basically the stock engine is good enough to produce a good amount of HP with turbo? and some fine tuning eh?

no the stock engine puts about 92whp(manual) and putting turbo and doing all the mods(cams, ecu and what not) barely puts u at 210whp.......if u drop an sr20det with a stock turbo(jdm) u can push some nice numbers

yea, the ecu is prolly one of the best things u can add to a car, since u can take off the fuel cut off regulator, lets u revv higher, and does other good stuff
