2 days ago the car was running great today i started it and it stumbled so i took it for a drive it was stumbling idleing ruff and at stop lights itseems like it was going to die, it sounded like shit while driving it and no power
what do u guys think is wrong should i cange fuel filter and spark plugs
i already reset the ecu thinking that mabe it was just reading something wrong and it's not giving me any error codes???
how many miles?? auto or stick?? how long ago was the last service??? it might be simpler than you think........and why did you reset the ecu??? it could be trying to re-adapt when you cleared it's adaptation values......
the car has 88,000 miles and it's an auto as for a tune up the last work ihd done to it wasa year ago i had all the belts replaced and the oil seals replace,i replaced the plugs and wires at about 30k, ibought a new truck in july so since then i only drive the car once or twice a week so maybe 1k to2k miles since july.. about a month ago i added some fuel sytem cleaner(which i ussally ad like every 3 months
i reset the ecu becase my light was on(the lights been on for like 3 years bease of th header it read a code 32 for the egr function)
soi reset it and cleared it thinking there might be a new code
but there where no other codes
just give it a tuning and see if it helps. plugs, wires, oil, air filter. Anything that would be changed at a regular tune... if it still runs like shit then you may have a problem.
