So, while driving my brothers car I noticed the clutch kind of sticks to the floor. The pedal feels very tight. When you shift, the pedal sticks to the floor for a second then releases. Anybody know what this problem? This worries me. The guy that recently changed his clutch said it has an SE-R clutch cable. Could this be the issue? TIA!!

it is known that sometimes, rust collects inside the cable and binds up with the insulation. i'd replace the cable or try to shoot some WD-40 to work the cable loose.
