Who has dyno'd their GA16DE???

Just wondering who has dyno'd their GA16, and what the results were, and what mods were applied. Thanks.

I've never dyno'd mine but the few I've seen on a dyno with basic bolt ons (intake, header, exhaust, advanced timing) are around 100HP and 105 TQ maybe as high at 110HP - 115TQ

that would depend if u had an automatic or manual transmission.....i think the manual tranny dyno's at 92whp, and the automatic dyno's at 85-87whp......i think. not exactly sure on torque figures tho.

97 hp 94 tq

Those were my numbers over the summer when I dynoed. I have/had at the time: WAI, header, exhaust, pulley, advanced timing (15*).
I should be dynoing again within this year if all goes according to plan, plus I think a good tune up would have raised those numbers at the time. My last tune up was September 01.
True, I guess those ARE respectable numbers for an automatic, but hp isn;t everything, sometimes its how good you utilize it..dyno alone isn't good for me....I need to do a 1/4 mile run too...and I'm gonna make the best of my damn 97 hp!!

I dyno'ed mine twice..

Fisrt bone stock 98 200sx 1.6 5 spd, 82whp... wow really low.
after hs CAI, HS header, 2.5 cat back, and haveing my car tuned my Mike Kojima to 18 degrees, i put 104 whp and 107 LBs torque. The temp that day was in the low 50's

Liang and Bobby, the NYC guys on sr20deforum.com are trying to put together a dyno day for some time in January. We're doing it on a group deal basis....we get a lower price for 10 people. You should go over there in the Northeast section and show your support man. We need it. As far as me, I just got all my brake parts so I got to put that on, change my bad EGR valve, and then get a tune up....then I'll be ready to dyno again.

Koroshiya...those are some very good numbers for just I/H/E ...the timing adds more hp than mine, but still, 104 is good for just that.

By the way, what kind of fuel were you using with your timing that high?
