Hello!
So it came the time to replace the clutch i think, it's slipping more and more now so, i have a few questions first just before i take all apart.
I have the "cluch kit" from the local nissan dealer which is clutch disc, pressure plate, throw-out bearing and rear oil seal.
Now, since i'm going to remove the entire transmission that would be a good time to replace all oil seals on it (i guess axles and clutch input shaft?) but i have no idea how to replace the last one, the one that keeps the gear oil away from the clutch... is it difficult to remove/replace? i guess the slipping of the clutch can be also due to a gear oil leak so i must be sure to remove any possible leak... don't want to open up all that thing again.
Now, the scary part: how is it to remove the transmission? i'll have to remove both axles, starter, air intake, battery and then remove the transmission, what's the easy/safer way to do it? i don't want to broke anything down so... yeah, first time transmission work.
