Get Redlines SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner. It only cost like $7 where I got it from and it'll work wonders on your injectors.

Fuel injector cleaners are not good for our cars. I believe it leads to deterioration of our injectors and has been known to cause problems.

well do yall think is a good idea to have the injector ultrasonic cleaned. I have had problems with my injectors before so i was just think i can have them clean before they go bad again and now that i have the money for it to. It's only -$120 bucks for a set of 4 and from the i seen the ultrasonic clean look like it helps a lot

That is too expensive for what they are doing. You can have RC engineering clean and flow test them and provide the before and after results for the same price!

I see now that you have a B13. The B13 GA16 injectors were problematic, I would agree with the shop and would rather see you get a set of injectors from a B14 GA16 if you could. In fact I might have a set lying around and I am local to you. Let me check when I get home.

No. Redline, 3M (the one Nissan uses in their dealers) and Chevron Techron are completely safe. The other crap like STP or whatever, however, are not.

Fuel injector cleaners also just have to be used ONCE in like 10 years unless there is definitive proof that the injectors are truly clogged, then you can the above products, but they might have to be cleaned by hand. On my car, I used the entire bottle of Redline in 12 years for preventive measure to clean out the ENTIRE fuel system, but to be completely safe, I won't use another bottle for a VERY long time. It did not hurt anything. The B13 fuel injectors are made out of pintle which are self-cleaning injectors.

Wes, of the injectors I found, 2 had some damage and they were all a little dirty, so it's cool if you want to sell him some of your injectors.

Unless you are planning to upgrade the size of your injectors (I havent been paying attention to what kind your buying from Wes), I would just dump a bottle of Redline into your tank. Its completely safe for our injectors and shows improvement tenfold...And a hell of a lot cheaper
