Swain tech special coating (for pistons and cyl head valves)?
Phantom Grip L.S.D. to suit nisan GA16de gearbox (non LSD as std)?

Unorthordox (or similar quality brand) underdrive lightweight pulley ?
I know you can get the Unorthodox Racing underdrive pulleys from Unorthodox Racing's website. They should ship to the UK... if not, they are stupid. I frequent the UK, and I know Sunnys are coming into popularity, as well as Almeras and Primeras. As for the rest, just do a search on UK Yahoo... you should be able to find some. You might have to order from companies based in Japan... it would probably end up being cheaper than buying them from companies in the US that just ship them from Japan... pretty much just cut out the middle-man. Last time I was in the UK (Edinburgh region), I picked up some Wesco 77mm pistons for the GA16DE... if you are looking at the NA aspect of the engine you might want to look into those. Also, JBY makes a fuel rail... but I do not know if that is available in the UK. Pretty much all I have purchased while in the UK were the pistons and a set of camshafts while in London. Where in the UK are you located?

Thanks for that mate , the project is posted elsewhere on the forum (members rides i think) please have a look and let me know your thoughts , we re doing pretty much every bolt on we can find , some very nice secret spec head work and trottle body (based on UK spec OE 70mm) , we ve also got a 100BHP soft hit digitall controlled nitrous set up ready too . I was thinking of just balancing the crank shaft & pistons as well as swaintech coating the pistons and valves .we ve also got the coolant system up to scratch and pretty much all parts are Race spec. I may be interested in those pistons you mentioned though , what make are they how are they constructed and how much /from where mate?
I know the Swain tech coatings , and poly engine mounts as well as the Phantom grips arnt available in the UK and have only seen them on US sites. also im defo looking to get these patrs at the best price i can and secure a trade price as this car is a demo for my company WWW.UndergroundRaceUK.COM

You shouldn't have to do anything to balance the crankshaft and pistons, the GA16DE has internal balancing already built into it from the factory... at least they do here in the United States. Sounds like you guys have your hands full with that project. Do you know about Jim Wolf Technology... he manufactures aftermarket camshafts (rev up to 7300 rpms with no power loss) and ECU for the GA16DE. His company is based in California, so the UK might not have heard about him yet. Also, Hotshot makes a nice high-flow header and turbo kit for the engine... but with your strict emissions... I doubt you could use it unless it was specifically a touring car.
we re a dealer for Hotshot but although we ve heard of JWT we have no experience of their products as we suspect their could be differences in their compatability with UK spec GA16de ! shame too becasue the cams sound good to me!
as for the balancing , from the factory the GA is balnced to within 1 we want to have it at just under .5 your right though all are internally balanced mate.

Any one know if motivational engineering ever did produce titanium con rods for the GA16de ? i remember reading someplace that they were looking to do em soon , that was an age ago.
