Replaced the front seal, very easy, no more leaks!
Wow, replacing the front seal was very VERY easy. I only had someone step on the brakes to lock the engine. The bolt came out easily with my torque wrench. Prying off the pulley took some effort, but it came off after I tugged and my hands hit the side of the car (like it got smashed when it pulled off). Ow, that hurt! Taking the old seal took some time, because I didn't want to scratch the surrounding areas that could possibly turn into a leak. I then just used used a small piece of plywood, and placed it on the new seal, and lightly hammered on the plywood pushing the seal in. Putting everything back was easy. It's so easy that it makes me want to get UR pulley and do it all over again =). Man that was fun!
The new seal design is a little different. On the inside, there is like a small rubber lip. On my old one, there was none.
Fun stuff!
