Installed new intake...starts then stalls...why?

Hey guys, I have a small problem. Couple days ago, I installed a new intake. This new intake is a WAI (warm air intake). I used to have one before, but I replaced the rubber piping from the throttle body to the MAF with a stainless steel one. The cone filter is directly on the MAF with a MAF adaptor. Anyways, ever since the installation of the new piping, I have had starting issues.

When the engine has not been operated for a while, or its been sitting overnight, and I try to start it, it will start, the RPM will go up, but then it will just go back down and the car would shut off. Before, it would go up, and try to stabilize, and settle in an RPM depending on the temperature. When now starting, I have to massage the gas pedal a little bit, tapping it, to get the RPM to stabilize, and then it will just idle fine all by itself. When the weather is warm or when the engine is still somewhat warm, it will start right up.

I adjusted the throttle cable a little bit to have it open while starting, and there was a point where that kinda worked, but the engine still bogged up and down like it wanted to stall before it stabilized. The throttle plate though, is suppose to be completely closed, while the IACV valve regulates idle control. I cleaned it out ( it was not very dirty) and it still does the same thing.

While installing the intake, I removed the TPS sensor because it was in the way of a vacuum hose that I needed to replace with a longer one (the hose that usually goes to the resonator). Of course, I put it back after I was done.

I fear that maybe I have knocked the MAF sensor around. But it works fine when the engine is a little bit warm and hot. There is no bogging around, increased gas consumption, or any other problems that would be related to the MAF. This startup problem only happens when the engine has been sitting for a while and has cooled down.

I have tried adjusting the idle, and the idle is perfect at around 650-700 RPM with TPS off, and TPS on.

In summary:
-Replaced intake (whole thing)
-Start car after hours of sitting, car will start then immediately shut off
-While running, car is perfect.
-After turning off and leaving it off for some time where the engine is still kinda warm, it will start easily.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update

Update: Started it this morning, same problem, just bogged down. Had to feather the gas pedal to get it to idle. Once it was warmed up, it idled fine and did not fluctuate. So I guess my cold idle is messed up because it does not want to hold the idle when the engine is really really cold. What's wrong?

Never mind, figured it out. The hole on the intake pipe where the tube goes to the IACV valve...its rather small and clogged, so not enough air could go through in time during cold startup.
