swapping an injector isn't a hard job, but why do it if its not an injector. First off, how do u know you have a miss, are you getting a back fire or anything. Any other details of your situation would help.

How do i know?

Rough idle ,shaking at idle it never did it before. When pulling spark plug wiresi it gets worse till you pull cyl#4 then no change. put a stehoscope on the injectors and heard them clicking till i got to cyl #4 then no clicking. changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, pcv air filter. no change. Why do you say its not an injector,.

Ignore that article. IIRC you can remove the rail without removing the IM plenum. Not a bad job just take yoru time and do it right.

Yup it's possible to pull the rail w/o removing the plenum. Just remove the injectors from the harness, then remove the bolts that secure the rail to the manifold, then remove the fuel lines. It takes a little work to get the rail out from between the manifold and plenum but it's fairly easy. Also you should depressurize the fuel system before doing this, and replace the injector O rings when replacing the injector.

make sure your getting injector pulse. have had computers go bad and solder to injector drivers fry. check injector pulse before you pull out injector, if you have a noid light it should take no time.
