I am only running 8psi on the stock DSM T25. I am still adjusting my settings.. and my egts do begin to creep up after a couple of full boost runs. I haven’t heard any detonation, but I am in the process of installing a knock sensor (the early GA didn’t come with one) I plan on pulling some timing out and running a little more boost once I get my emissions testing sorted.
It dynoed at 160 to the wheels two summers ago whit the smaller injectors and a mediocre tune. I want to break the 200 wheel mark this summer, then move up from there. The engine is completely stock and has about 190K on the ticker. I still need to finish up my intake plenum... that’s been on the back burner for a while (its 90% done) I'll do a write up with dyno plots before and after.
thanks for all your help guys

The techtom reads actual advance AFAIK, so I have a bit more timing than you up top bewteen 2-4 degrees.
Dave was running 20+ degrees of advance up top which is just awesome, I bet it is so responsive that way..... What kind of boost are you running Dave? I can't imagine that the motor would like that much timing with a GT28RS and 10+ PSI, but then again I have never tried...

Don't know if you were still looking for this but I noticed my timing is pretty much the sames as wes' at light throttle around 35 mph. I put together this graph with speed, timing and TPS voltage.
This is the same as the other ones, where it assumes the base timing is 5 degrees.
I'm definately looking forward to the dyno with your intake manifold, should be interesting to see the results.

Actually I would be more than interested about stock spark map. If anyone has some datacollector software and stock ecu on GA16DE would be great to see the spark map compared to RPM.
I haven't yet been able to use my friends device to define this so if someone is able to provide it earlier it would be more than apriciated!
