Air vents too warm on cold setting

Hi all, first technical post here (yeah, I already made a newbie post). I've searched the internet and found this as a common problem but no solutions: when I use the air vents the air is a lot warmer than the outside air, even with 60 degree outside air. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks,
Jeff K.

Thanks, I'll take a look and give that a try. Hopefully that's it, seems there's a lot of complaints about warm vent air and this is honestly the first idea I've seen suggested.
