Where are sparks plugs 2004 Nissan Frontier?

How do I access the sparks plugs on a 2004 Nissan Frontier? How often should they be changed (original plugs)?

plugs are on the "inside" (toward the intake, beside the valve covers) on a v6 if that is what you are looking for. should be changed around 100k.

Good to read this thread. I found mine on a 2002 Frontier SC. The passenger side plugs are totally accessible, but the driver's side are under the Supercharger intake. I really do not want to take chances and remove it. It would be a first and I don't have a repair manual for it. I can get to 1 of them fairly comfortably, but the remaining other two are questionable. Fortunately, I am at 86,500 miles. Within another 10K I'd like to change them.

Does anyone know of a good technique for removing and installing the hidden plugs? I figure I might be able to access using a universal socket / racket combo. Anyone have good recommendations? Please Advise.

Thanks in Advance,
Paul

flex head socket can do it. you may have to remove the bolts holding on the "pipes" that go over number 4. also be very careful, number 6 is very easy to cross thread (i know from experience) No need to remove sc!
