Syntheitc Oil in 2006 Frontier?

Hello - I just purchased a 2006 Nissan Frontier (V6, 4.0L) with 50,000 miles and was wandereing if it is too late to switch to synthetic oil.

I don't think it's ever too late. A synthetic blend is probably your best bet. Sometimes pure synthetic will leak through worn seals but the blend should prevent that. Best time to go synthetic is first oil change time.
