Oops, help stripped tranny fluid plug and other probs

Just had a clutch repalced on '99 V-6, 4wd. Looks like I've got a leak around the drive shaft collar where it enters the back of the transmission. Not too bad though. Is this normal after a tranny has been pulled?

Went to check my tranny fluid today and, like an idiot, got my feet on the breaker bar cause the plug wouldn't turn, and stripped the tranny fluid fill plug.

Anybody got any suggestions on how to get this thing out now that I've rounded it out a bit. Looks (and feels) like someone may have put loctite on the thing.

If you have too, you might have to drop your tranny, and get a drill and drill it out, after that, then flush out your tranny.

if you want to do it white trash way get a MIG then you could always Weld something to the plug Like a pipe or something and use that to take it out....
