What do you think of these

Hey all how do you think these 18inch rims will look on my truck? They come with 255/55/r18 tires

Silly. 18's are too big for a 4 wheel drive Frontier. They are a more street oriented wheel while your truck has a more off road oriented theme to it.

Do you think so. I may be upgrading my rims to 18" for summer, and keeping the 16" on for winter tires.

You asked for an opinion, I gave you mine. It's your truck, do what you want, but don't ask for opinions if you are not willing to accept those from people who may not like an idea you have. Some people don't like the cars I have or what I have done to them, but the way I see it, it sucks to be them and I really don't care. I just dislike the trend of putting large diameter wheels on everything, and while 18's are not that bad, they are just not my taste and I feel that those wheels with short sidewall tires will not look right on that truck. I mean, at least it's not a set of 26's on an 85 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a lift kit, that just looks retarded! ( My 85 Cutlass wears 245 50 16's on 16x8's and is lowered, not lifted!) Anyhow, sorry for the tirade, I may have misread your post. You just should not mix themes on a vehicle as it generally does not look right. Let the vehicle dictate the wheel and tire combo and take the overall theme of it into account before making decisions about appearance items.

I didnt ask for your opinion. The original poster did. Mine was just kinda a question, or just a comment. :-)

These are the ones I am looking for. Of course I have to save up for them and the rubber as well. But think they should look pretty good

Not my thing at all, but you have to do what makes you happy. Incidentally, how much is all that with tires, mounting and balancing?

Their too much bling for your truck, imo. I wouldn't chance damaging them if you frequent off-roading.

There 1,249 for everything. So you think it won't look good? But I don't want my truck looking like everyones else. And as far as off roading I know I can't with them.

Why would I do that it's just gonna handle like crap cause of all the play that can happen between the tire and rim with only a max of 35psi that is not gonna be good on the highway.

Those are the exact ones Im looking at. As for off roading, Im not a supe serious off roader, but do it when I need to for camping, fishing or hunting.
