Let me know...
you don't say your make or mileage. However, I would have the bearings repacked since you are taking off the rotors.
405$ for parts? Seems high... But you don't say what parts are being replaced. You can get some drilled/dimpled rotors with lifetime warranty for 115.00$ off ebay. Maybe another 50$ for ceramic pads. Drilled and slotted rotors will last longer, dissipate heat, grip better. Shops usually charge about 65$/hr and the price you gave us would be a bit high as well meaning that your shop guy is going to take closely 4 hrs todo the job.
This is a local shop that my grandfather goes to all the time. I have a 2002 Frontier SC Crew Cab 4x4. It has 97,000 miles on it. Im having the front rotors replaced and new pads. And im having the rear drums done as well since ive never had those done. I dropped the truck off earlier they began work on it about 3pm and wouldnt be able to finish it till tomm around 10am. They said its a lot of work because of the 4 wheel drive assembly.

The front rotors are PITA and the rear brakes are really easy to switch out....I would have done the work myself and saved the labour costs.
Here in California, labour rates are about $100 an hour!!! Hardware for rear and front brakes is very reasonable.
I purchased the front rotors--OEM style-- for $50 a pair from R1 concepts, pads were about $25 and the brake shoes and hardware for the rears came to about $45.
A reputable shop quoted me approximately $750 for what only cost me about $150 total to replace myself.

If it's a place your family goes then they probably quoted you a good price & better than a dealer for your area. Once nice thing about taking it to someone else is that you can always take it back to them if something is not correct the first time.
I would call them and make sure that you get new grease in the bearings since they are taking everything apart on the front. Re-greasing the front bearings is a 30,000 mile service part. If you never have done it them it may be a good time to replace them. If you drive the vehicle through water you will need to replace the grease right away.

I say you got a good deal. You should be all set and ready to go for awhile on brakes. Glad to hear that you got those bearings repacked!
I have the 2003 cc lb with 45000 miles and need to repack those bearings sometime soon. Been thinking about getting new rotors while I'm in doing the job anyhow. I haven't found a good mechanic I trust in my local area to do the job so I work on the truck myself. Always takes me 4X as long todo the work. But I have the service repair manuals and a hayes manual that I follow.
I got 200,000 miles on my 97 HB's rear brakes and they're still only 2/3 worn. I clean them up and adjust them every 30000 miles. Unless you need them, I would save the $$ and leave the back brakes alone.
Either way, use quality linings are you'll suffer the consequences of annoying brake squeel! I recommend genuine Nissan pads or a good set of ceramic linings.
