overdrive button

Do most of y'all simply leave the overdrive engaged all of the time, or do you only use it when out on the interstates and open highways?

I leave mine on unless I'm driving up and down hills, or unless I'm following someone who is going slow (40-45) on our country roads. Then I like having a little engine braking. .......

In the city i turn it off since the max Im going is 60 km/hr. No sense having the transmission doing extra shifitng if not needed. Also when towing I turn it off. Highway speeds its always on
