It's pretty similar procedure for most models. More or less: disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the steering column covers and driver's lower dash finisher and crash panel (as necessary), unplug the harness connector for the ignition switch, remove the two (Phillips) screws that hold the ignition switch into the ignition lock assy. and slide the ignition switch out of the ignition lock assy. Reverse procedure to install.
Some tips: Sometimes it makes it easier to remove the turn signal assy. out of the way, which is held in w/ 2 screws. You usually need a very stubby Phillip's head screwdriver to get at least one of the ignition switch scews out without removing the whole lock assy. (Snap-On and most other major tool distributors sell them; I have a Snap-On #2 Phillips screwdriver that is about 1" long that I use.) If you have tilt wheel, drop the column down as far as you can. Leave the key out of the ignition during the procedure. The ignition switch is about $37...Don't be talked into buying the whole lock assy., which runs about $120 and is not needed unless you are having mechanical issues with the key cylinder.
