2006 Frontier Roll Pan -- Suggestions?

I'm about to get rid of the factory bumper on my '06 SE and would like to get a roll pan (urethane or fiberglass I suspect)and factory paint it to match. There is about one decent design I can find from Street Scene.

But the real question is this -- what good system can be used to install a hitch receiver system (Class III) that will pop the receiver out from behind a fold-down hinged license plate? I'll be darned if I can't find a "complete system" that comes with a rollpan where a completely-hidden hitch can be used in tandem with the system and is accessible from the fold-down license plate area. I've seen some Chevy's have this -- but no go from what I've found on the '06 Frontier.

Any ideas here? One last question -- in case I can't find this, what is the best hidden hitch receiver system for the '06 Frontys?

Thanks!

meh, i gave up on roll pans after being rear ended in my 84 silverado when i was 18... really tore up my truck.. wouldn't have been bad at all if i had a bumper... although i do like to have my truck different from others so i opt for putting the covers over my tail lights like they would if you had a roll pan, and just getting some custom work done to my bumper to have the tail lights put in them... that way i don't sacrifice any protection and i still get the "customized" look... and you can get the lights in any shape/style you want..

anyway to answer your question... i have no idea... sorry lol
