Air Conditioning Condensation

The passenger side floor on my 94 hard body is getting wet. No rain here, but I do run the A/C ( it is good and cold) and that is where I think it is coming from. The problem seems to be intermittent. Maybe the drain tube is only partially clogged and won't back up except when it is really humid.

I haven't found where it is coming out of the Box under the dash.
My question is, how can I clean that line? I can see where it connects under the dash, but there is no clamp and the clearance is pretty tight. If I pull that flexible rubber line off the nipple will I have any trouble getting back on?

Also, is the any product I can spray into the air box intake to kill the mold or mildew on the evaporator without causing corrosion. ( Bleach is out of the question)

you'll probably need to figure out how to get at the tube, last time I had to replace mine in my acura... don't know enough about the 94 HB to help with that...

as for the mold, there are products for that. check a local store, i don't know any brands off hand but i know they exist

I was trying to find something to spray into my AC at home to kill mold and most websites I found said to use Lysol. Apparently it's anti-bacterial as well as anti-mold/mildew.
