Squeeky Wheel? Only one and only when I turn right?

So my 2000 Nissan Frontier CLub Cab 2x4 left front wheel has started making a squeeking noise. It only occurs when I turn right while at speed like on a winding road.

I took off my wheel cap and it still made the noise.

I'm guessing it's the brake and rotor rubbing slightly - when I'm braking while in a corner it stops the squeeking.

I had done my wheel bearings/races/rotors/pads a couple of months ago.

I doubt it's the wheel bearing because if I had put those in wrong the wheel would be making noise whichever way i turned. So it's got to be the brake pads rubbing yeah?

What would cause the squeeking? Should I use some brake cleaner? Lube the joints?

There is a brake lube availible at your local auto parts store. You apply this lube to every contact surface of your pads and calipers i.e. the bolts that hold on your calipers and the touching surfaces between the back of your pads and calipers

NOTE: DO NOT PUT THE LUBE ON THE MATING/BRAKING SURFACE OF YOUR PAD AND ROTOR. This will totally ruing your braking ability.

I use this lube on my brake components when I do changes to prevent unwanted squeeking.
