Door Sills

I want to put some door sill protectors on my fronty. There don't seem to be any made specifically for the fronty. Has anybody have some installed? Pics? Links to manufacturers? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanxs

Is it a 2005/2006? I saw some sweet aluminum ones that are OEM Nissan accessories in Australia for the Navara.

Actually there are a lot of cool things that should be available from overseas versions of the Frontier. The UK and Germany get dual zone climate control!!!

aluminum ones would be nice, my plastic sills are getting all scuffed up. Well, I guess thats what you get when you wear dirty boots all the time.....

Thin plastic trim pieces like that usually aren't too expensive to replace. Might want to think about doing that every couple of years.

I bought several trim pieces for my last vehicle for less than $50 apiece (including a 2-tone metallic painted shift boot).

msubullyfan,

How did you lose your points, if I may ask?

I never have understood how the points system works. There are several posters who have consistantly posted helpful articles for us and they still are at 100 points. Reverendbiker comes to mind off of the top of my head.

I wonder why he has never gotten any bonus points for all of the help he has been to the other forum members?

You can buy 3M ClearBra in bulk rolls and cut it to fit the sill. For the painted part that is. If you are talking about replacing the plastic OEM trim ... may look into the aluminum one mentioned.
