Not bad at all. Does it just clamp onto the roof where the seals for the doors go? Aka, Quite removable?

Unfortunately, drilling is required.You have to buy the bar and a gutterless mounting kit, which is drilled into your upper door jamb.I was nervous about that, but installation was actually pretty easy.
