Anyone used this?

Good afternoon everyone! Just wondering if any of you have ever used this or known anyone who has. If it really gives a 31% increase in MPG and adds 35 horse power, then for $59, I'd buy one for sure!!! Let me know!

Thanks everyone!!!

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
Popular Mechanics did an article on this awhile back. Waste of money. Said it actually DECREASED both fuel economy and power on a F-150.

Isn't there a link somewhere on these forums for that article? I searched, but couldn't come up with it.
