i have taken the dremel tool to my last 4 trucks airboxes to get better airflow

has anyone tried this on an 05/06 frontier? if so what were your results?

i have 98 2.4. i removed the whole inlet system and made my own with a k&n filter.

I recently hacked off the inner portion of the tube coming from the fender (before the filter inside the box, plus removed a large portion of the front panel of the lower half of the box. So far the sound durring hard acceleration is a lot more impressive, and the old "butt dyno" likes it. I haven't had it long enough to know if it effects MPG yet.
