actually, I believe they stopped using them because of Shift-on-the-fly, if you do install them I would imagine 1-3 mpg because the of the drag from the frt drivetrain turning now. now if they are auto-locking hubs you won't have any change in mpg. they only advantage to have manual locking over auto is you know when they are or are not locked, and cheaper to replace.
