Need Part #s

I know there's been a lot of debate on this, but I can't find where/if it got settled. Two questions:

1. Did the part numbers for the dual horns on the 2006 models ever get posted?? Did anyone ever figure out if the 2005s have the high or low tone??

2. Did the part number(s) for the locking glove box on the 2006s ever get posted??

Anyone??

(I guess that's four questions!)

Q-Tip,

I have not seen anything on this as yet. I checked with my dealer a month ago and he did not have the '06 parts
list yet. I need to check with them again as he said he should have the list soon.

Bump

Bumping this so I don't forget.

One other thing -- there was some debate if the Daytime Running Lights from the Canadian trucks could be retrofitted into the US models. Did anyone ever come up with a definitive answer?? I assume you need to fit the light sensor on the dash and the DRL module but is there anything else??

Thanks in advance,

for the dual horns i just went to the local auto parts store and picked up a set of universal high and low tone and wired them both into the truck, took about 30 min at most, sorry no part numbers on them, but you have a good bit of room if you are mounting it where the stock one is.

Hope this helps. I found this site. Link Under body parts entered the appropriate info. Do a search for glove box and horn.

Would swapping out the lock assy of a 2005 with a 2006 be enough to make it lockable? I would definitely do that if that's all it would take.

Sure... only question is if your 2005 key would work with the lock..
