I have a 2006 Frontier automantic with the 4.0 engine and I noticed a certain noise. I was curious if you guys ever heard it and if so what is it???

After yjou start the motor and drive away ususally within 3-10 seconds I hear a click or pop noise from the front, possibly engine area. If you guys haven't heard it try it with radio off, you should hear it. THANKS!!!

Pretty commonly discussed sound... Nissan reports it to be the ABS self check. Perfectly normal and from what I can tell seems to happen the first time you go over 10-15 mph.

On my truck the sound it makes sounds like "bank."

I think it's just reminding me who really owns it . . .
