Rear end noise when turning

I have a 2005 Nismo Crew. Love the truck but Nissan's service lacks. I've been having an issue with a noise in the right rear quarter area. Occurs ONLY when turning right. Several people have said it sounds like a wheel rub but I can't find any evidence of this. It's easier to duplicate if I'm turning up an incline, like a steep driveway, or when there are 2 or 3 people in the truck. Dealer has replaced the bed bolts twice. Now they've ordered new leaf springs. Any thoughts?

What kind of noise? Does it sound like a tire hopping/slipping? Does it only happen in 4wd or even when in 2wd?

I have see wheel bearing make noise like that.
I know the 05 have a sqeaking noise coming from leaf springs over bumps.
If sounds like it rotates then I would start looking at anything that rotates.

judging by the fact hat the dealership has done some work for you, it sounds perfectly reasonable that the service is not sucking...

conditional problems are hard to figuer out and take time...
