touch up paint

Do you guys recomend the regular old touch up paint with the brush or the dual tip paint pen with clearcoat? I've had my truck for 5 days and already have 2 paint chips from pebbles while driving.

where's the best place to pick this up from?

i used the touch up pen w/ clear coat and it was o.k. my 05 got a nice pebble in the front part of the hood and actually took it down to the metal. the pen covered it but it is not that effective. i am going to take another crack at it this spring when the weather warms up.

I used the duplicolor pen. I bought it at Advance Auto Parts, they had a display with all the intructions on how to make it look perfessional. Wasn't on the pen, but I'm sure it is at dupli colors wesbsite. I just wanted to cover the bare metal. The chips I got came from the grass cutting tractors on the interstate. One loud bang on the side of my truck luckily only produced two very small chips. Good luck with it
