Cat converter direction ?

Installing a new cat converter , which direction should it be installed, there are no directional markings on the converter?

Sorry, but I don't know. Maybe someone else will know.

An arrow is suppose to be on there

I agree, unless it really doesn't matter which direction they go, I would think there would be some indication as to which end is the inlet and which is the outlet. Most mufflers are marked.

I am not sure either. The aftermarket muffler I had installed had an arrow to indicate the direction of flow.
I would think that it would matter, but in that case it should have been marked.

I would go to the seller of the converter and ask them if it matters and if so which end is which. You might want to get it in writing so if anything goes wrong you have some recourse in the matter,
