Question tonneau cover

I'm looking at getting a cover for the bed of my SE CC and I came across this on the web. http://www.leer.com/importgallery/fr...beachnotch.jpg
Does anyone have one on their truck? thoughts about it? thanks all.

That's one nice looking hard cap! Do you have ANY details on the supplier, etc.?

Where are you located on "the wet coast", I'm in BC on the island.

I am a simple man. I have the Extang 'Black Max' tonneau. I love it!

Hey Franko,
I found the cover at a place called cap-it (www.cap-it.com) theyve got some pretty good supplies for trucks. There's a number of stores, one in victoria as well on millstream road. I started looking at covers, and this one Im going to buy in the 1st week of Jan. Looking at the Leer website theyve got a coupon, to get 40 bucks off. Im over on the mainland in richmond (BC).

AGR- thats one nice lookin tonneau cover. how is it for leaving items in the bed, is it lockable?

Why, thank you! The tailgate's lockable. The tonneau can be unsnapped. For me; this is no issue, however. My Frontier is garaged at night. And; I can see it from my office window. I typically leave nothing in the bed. If I pick something up at the store that day; in the evening it's unloaded.

It depends on your needs, for sure, when it comes to buying a bed cover.

I need a tonneau cover thats lockable, as mine's not kept in a garage at night. The good thing about the leer cover is you dont need to do any drilling, it slides into the existing bed rails, and can be removed or installed in less than 10 min. only downside is because of the size, 2 people are required.

Hey Guys, just an update here, I ordered the cover on the 3rd, and picked it up today, had the boys at the cap-it store put it on. It looks sharp. Now my question is, I got this sweet cover on, I want to show it off, how do i post pics on here?
thanks.

The thing I like about the Access Roll Up...and this may be true of others....that once you close it, slide the lock over and lock your tailgate, unless someone wants to slice through it with a knife, it is secure. My vehicle spends its time outdoors also. I believe out of sight, out of mind. My other vehicle is a convertible....I feel its the same situation....if someone wants to get in they can slice through the softtop. As a matter of fact, if someone wants to get in to just about anything....they will. Its all a matter of how badly, how hard it is and how much damage they will inflict. My $.02.

Your cover looks great, that is what I would have done if I did not need to haul tall things on a regular basis. I am jealous of how nice it looks.

Can't decide, and I'm still holding out some hope for Nissan to come through with the OEM. Apparently they had some issues with the company that was (note that I said WAS) making the hard tonneaus for them. Forced to go back to the drawing board and start over which, of course, takes forever.
