Help with Day Time Running lights

Hello, I purchased a 2004 Frontier from the US and to make it legal in Canada it needs day time running lights. I have purchased the module but cannot figure out where to plug it in. It would be very much appreciated if anyone knew how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Did you figure out where the DRL module plugged in? I looked through my '04 service manual and there are several pages of operating information and some wiring diagrams on DRLs, but I could never figure out where the module was physically located.

I've heard of another Canadian driver on this forum who recently had his DRL module go bad. His solution was to install fog lights and wire them to be on whenever the ignition is active, rather than on a switch. He said it passed inspection, so maybe this is a viable alternative? Do a search for DRL's to dig up his thread, maybe he can give you something to go on.
Wish I could help more. Good luck

Well I went to the dealer and had a look at the service manual but it was not very clear as to where the DRL Module is. The seervice teck claimed the US vehicles are already wired for the module, you just have to plug it in. The only problem is he did not knonw where to plug it in and I cannot find it either. Can some one with a Canadain Fronty check to see if they can see the DRL module, it is supposed to be on the passanger side front fender? Thank you.
