Nerf Bars On A 2wd Truck?

What does anyone think about the look of nerf bars on a 2wd 01-04 frontier?
Do you think it would look out of place? I am not sure of what I really think of how they would look. Just wanted opinions for a way out into the future possible purchase.

I have an '05 LE KC 4X2 and it came with the factory nerf bars on it. It looks just fine to me and me being a little
on the short side and a lot on the old side it definitely makes for easier entry/exit into/from my truck.

I changed out the factory nerf bars for the ss Manik nerf
bar and to me it looks great. you can view my truck at:
www.picturetrail.com/okiescot to see if you like the look
or not.

THey look great on your truck. In fact, your whole truck is nice.
About the bars being on my truck, I ask because my truck is smaller and I just can't imagine if the size issue would make them look alright.

I think it would be a little off. almost right, but just not quite.
I keep shutting down your cosmetic mods, sorry to be suck a grinch; I just don't think it would be right for a 2wd. Now if you got a front end lift, that would be a different story all together. Then it would look great right next to some knobby tires

As for Geralds truck, I think they look pretty good, but he doesn't have the same rake as your truck. Nice exhaust though. I really like to see true duals with one side exit. Totally tubular dude! I think those pipes would look good on any truck.

Hey, no problem whatsoever. I appreciate this type of critism. It saves me lots of money from buying something and then regreting it later because it dosesn't look quite right. I was believing that my truck was too low for them. I wished Nissan(before the redesign) would have built the 2wd drives like the Toyota Tocomas. I love how their 2wds set just as high as their 4x4's. Oh well, I still love my truck. Thanks for the input.

As for Geralds tuck goes, it is a larger body truck. Just for the fact that it is bigger, IMO makes the bars look good whether or not it sits as high as a 4x4. (I know that he said his truck is a 2wd).
