2000 Tow Harness Kit

Rocket NissanForums Newbie Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 1	2000 Tow Harness Kit Just finished looking over all the threads and didn't find a solution to my problem. I have a 2000 Frontier, V6, Desert Runner. I purchased a Tow Harness Kit from Nissan (999T8-BQ000) and installed per manual but it does not work. A Nissan Dealership said I needed the Adapter Harness that is made for a 4C (even though mine is a V6), part # 999T8-BQ001. Installed as well with no luck. After looking at the wiring diagram and the vehicle side harness, it appears that the 2-pin connector on the adapter, which is truly a 2-pin connector, does not have 2 pins to mate with on the vehicle side. Sound confusing? All I want is for the Nissan supplied tow harness to work. Any suggestions out there? Thanks!
