ECU Software Interface Software?

Does anyone make software for Nissan that allwos you to interface with the ECU. IE hook up your laptop to the obd II port. I know on my audi i have VAG-COM software that allows me to log and change an infinte amount of stuff, just like the dealer does. I would be interested to know if somone makes something similar for nissans...

I have been looking and looking for either ECU software or an ECU programmer or ANYONE who performs ECU recalibration without success. Sure would like to find something. I am purchasing HP tuners here shortly for my GM stuff but I do not believe it will read or write on the Nissan.
