I shared the Extang Trifecta pics with you guys already but I just finished the factory foglamp install as well as the skid plates on my 2005 CC SE 4x4. This weekend I'll do the first oil change as I turned 3,000 miles on the way to work yesterday. I'm going with the OEM filter and Mobil 1.
Nice looking truck, but you would drive me crazy trying to keep it clean playing in all of that mud. My truck will
probably never see that much mud in all of its life.

why do you have extra washers with the bed extender knob?
How did the grabbers do off road?
the OEM fog lights look good but i think i will wait for an aftermarket light hoping they will be brighter. maybe it's just the picture but they dont look bright enough. thoughts?

The extra washers provide clearance between the bed extender knob and the mounts that needed to be added to the bed rails for the Extang Trifecta cover. Now I can position the bed extender at any point along the Utili-track without interference.
My experience with the stock tires and off-road driving has been limited to hardpack and shallow mud so far. They've performed adequately. I would however, like to get something a bit more aggressive.
The factory fogs seem to perform as they should, illuminating down and to the sides so you can see the lines in the road better. The picture was shot in broad daylight which is most likely the reason they do not appear brighter.
lookin' sharp! was it difficult to install the oem fog's? was it a plug n play and did you buy the oem nismo stalk (auto lights) ? i would definately consider some new and more aggressive tires. the general's are a piece of sh#t! on wet surface they spin w/ ease. i am going to check out bf's or cooper's.

The OEM foglamp install is really easy. I purchased the 'kit' from Brian at yournissanparts.com. It came with the factory stalk, the lamps and the trim rings and Brian is happy answer any questions you may have. There are different stalks depending on whether you have the auto headlamp option or not and different lamps depending on whether you have a chrome or painted bumper.

the grabbers did fine on the freeway when it was raining cats and dogs. cruising at 80mph with no porblem. they do spin when the roads are wet and i am making a right turn from a dead stop. but i spun my bfg AT k/o's on my 4.0 Ranger then too. but those tires were great in snow, sand, mud, and on road. i dont know about the grabbers though. havent tried them yet.

can you tell me where the harness for the foglights are located? Thanks

You need to look up and behind the front bumper from the wheel well. You should see a loop of wire with a connector all taped together. Use a flashlight to help you see.
