Radio Volume Trouble...

Im using a DLO Transpod and I turn my music up all the way on the radio (vol 32) and it is still not very loud. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check for a short between the two wires of one speaker, or between a speaker wire and the body. This will send the radio into protect mode and severely limit power to all other channels. just tape up the short and it should go back to normal if this is the problem. Or you blew the thing up entirely, which has similar symptoms. Is the sound clear but low volume, or is it scratchy/fuzzy and low?

Beyond these I'm useless.
Good Luck!!

I just picked up my 2006 LE last week and am not using anything but the radio. I noticed yesterday it didn't seem very loud at 32 when I was trying to blow out my ear drums with a song I liked. I wonder if its a limitation of the basic unit which I have.
