04 XE tape recorder noise in glove box?
I have a 2004 XE Kingcab 5 speed and have a question about a noise it was making. I was riding through down and got frustrated and reved and dropped the clutch. The tires barked and then I heard a noise sounding like it was coming from inside the glove box. THe best way I can describe the noise is if you put a tape in and out of a VCR about 3 times and then rewinded it. It lasted several seconds.. probably about 10. Any idea what this odd noise was? Oh, and there wasnt a tape recorder anything in the glove box. I checked the glove box while the noise was taking place and saw nothing.
