Im going this weekend to look into buying this truck. Can some owners of the same truck please give me some pros, and cons on it. Is it worth to buy it? Its only got 28,000 miles on it and they want 14,988. Will i get a run for my money?

That truck is 4 years old...I bought a 2000 in 2003...king cab, 2wd, 5 sp, 4 banger with 50,000 miles and paid $10k...
I think 14,998 is a little high...although the mileage is very low...maybe that's the tradeoff...
I like my truck...steady 20 mph, a little low I think...changed front brake pads once, front and rear shocks...tuned it up once...I have 110,000 on it right now...
I fully expect to drive this truck past 200,000...maybe 250,000...

You need to go to KBB.com, NADA.com or Edmonds and see what the Private Party selling pruce should be for that vehicle, and then negotiate from there. That will insure you are paying a fair price for the truck.

2001 4x4 KC - Xcl = $12k - $13k depending on if it's XE, SE or SC
Clean - $11,500 to $12,500 depending on if it's XE, SE or SC

I have an SC 4x4 KC. I paid 17 about 3 years ago. It has really been a terrific truck. It had only 13k on it when I bought it, I've run about 30k more. I've been off road a lot too and the 4x4 is really terrific. I've idled up muddy hills with poor tires that a Ranger couldn't get 1/4 of the way up.
+/- a few dollars, the bottom line is, if you like it, go ahead and buy it. If you can find an SC version, it's certainly worth it to get the leather etc.
