supercharger boost

how do u raise the boost on a supercharger? is it anything like a turbo with electronic controls or is it with diffferent belts?

to raise boost on a supercharger requires a lot more work. Basically to do so you need to install a different pulley. Superchargers don't allow the luxury of sitting in the cabin of your car at a light and going from 7psi to 17psi with the touch of a button.
