In short future I'm would like to turbo my SR. It's a UKDM from a 1993 Primera GT. CR is 10:1. Has anyone done it? Will I need change the injectors and reprogram the ECU?

Yes you will need to change the injectors and ECU, this needs to be done regardless of which version of the SR20 you have.
